Our client has a full-time permanent opportunity available for an Agriculture Equipment Service Manager in Brooks, AB   

Efficiently manage and direct all aspects of the Service Department Operations.

  • Understanding of the Ag Industry

  • A proven track record of leading and developing a team

  • Strong communicator and customer service skills

  • Mechanical knowledge

  • Out-going with a positive attitude and well organized

Create  productivity and efficiency by:

  • Scheduling and monitoring all department work

  • Charging out all work orders, customer, Internal and warranty in a timely, profitable manner

  • Enrolling in programs to upgrade employees 

  • Advise on improvements or new measures that improve practices

Provide exceptional customer service by:

  • Advise customers of repairs and estimated cost of their repairs.

  • Achieving customer satisfaction

  • Resolving any complaints

Effectively administrate by:

  • Keeping a personal and department organization work plan

  • Providing  a department maintenance and repair plan and budget

  • Providing a training plan and budget of department personnel 

  • Creating a plan for personal growth and development

  • Using a consistent communications strategy

  • Participating in management meetings
