Our client has an immediate full-time permanent opportunity available for an Executive Assistant in Mississauga, Ontario
Preparing reports, memos, letters, and other documents. Answering CEO’s office phone and routing calls or taking messages for the CEO.
Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports. Helping prepare for meetings.
Accurately recording minutes from meetings.
Following up on meeting minutes and action items resulting from meetings.
Greeting visitors and if they should be able to meet with CEO.
Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.
Reading and analyzing incoming memos, letters, submissions, and distributing them as needed. Making travel arrangements for the CEO.
Performing general office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database.
Opening, sorting, and distributing incoming faxes, emails, and other correspondence to the CEO.
Provide general administrative support to the CEO including the management of email, mail, communications, and other administrative items pertaining to the CEO.
Employment Qualification and Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant of a C-level executive.
Diploma in Business Administration or related education
Excellent computer skills including Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, Access.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Discretion and mature judgement in the handling of sensitive and confidential information.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail including ability to balance multiple priorities.
Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle during office hours
