Human Resources Coordinator

Our client has a full-time permanent opportunity available for a Human Resources Coordinator in North Battleford, SK


  • Responsible for supporting a broad range of HR related functions, including but not limited to:

  • Provide general administrative support for various departments

  • Participate in employee recruitment including job advertising, screening, interviewing and reference checking

  • Coordination of on-boarding administration and maintenance of employee files

  • Advertising, promotion and sponsorship

  • Corporate events, gifts and special considerations

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and maintain meeting minutes

  • Assist with payroll and medical billing/insurance submissions


  • Experience in human resources or related field considered an asset

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency with computers, the ability to learn and use new programs and advanced knowledge of Microsoft office, specifically Excel and Word
