Municipal Engineer

Our client has an immediate full-time permanent opportunity available for a Municipal Engineer in Saskatoon, SK


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Design of municipal roadways and bridge to culvert conversions

  • Municipal drainage system design and troubleshoot

  • Foundation design on commercial/agricultural shops and barns

  • Perform construction inspections.

  • Lead construction contract administration.

  • Prepare documentation for design projects and reports.

  • Prepare construction cost estimates.


Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in civil engineering or similar

  • Experience in concrete, asphalt and soils testing will be viewed as a resource

  • Attention to details.

  • Registered P. Eng. (or eligible to become registered)

  • 4+ years of experience with Structural design and construction inspection
