Office Manager

Our client has an immediate full-time permanent opportunity available for an Office Manager in Regina, SK 


As Office Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day accounting and financial operations. 


You will have a solid understanding of basic accounting principals and be highly attentive to details. 


Responsibilities:

  • Successfully prepares monthly financial statements and management reports 

  • Prepares account reconciliations quarterly and for year-end audits

  • Runs and maintains all aspects of payroll program to ensure accurate and timely transmissions of bi-weekly payroll

  • Prepares daily bank deposit and cash report

  • Reconciles select accounts monthly

  • Assists in completion of annual review/audit

  • Ensures compliance with all government regulations

  • Prepares tax reports, tax deposits and tax returns in a timely, accurate manner

  • Prepares employee health/life benefit payments

  • Processes paperwork for new employees and terminations


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in accounting and payroll

  • Must currently reside in Canada and legally able to work in Canada

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with an aptitude for other software programs
