Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of automotive technicians and mechanics in performing repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance on vehicles.

Ensure that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Oversee shop operations, including managing workflow, inventory, and parts ordering.

Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to junior mechanics

Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and standards.

Troubleshoot complex vehicle issues and provide expert-level advice to team members.
Collaborate with the shop manager to ensure the shop meets performance goals and customer satisfaction targets.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an automotive technician with 5 or more years of experience in the automobile industr

• In-depth knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Valid driver's license.
