Our client has an immediate full-time permanent opportunity available for a Bean Merchandiser in Winnipeg, MB

Responsibilities: 

• Successfully build relationships with customers/farmers as well as develop partnership 

• Responsible for negotiating and buying 

• Sends out daily reports to management of all offers and bids

• Responsible for sending out weekly seeding, crop progress and harvest reports as well as market trends

• Successfully calculate market value bargains with sellers to obtain grain at favorable price

Qualifications: 

• Degree in Agri-Business or other formal training preferred

• Experience with grain purchasing and contract management required

• Strong knowledge in word, excel and outlook

• Valid Driver's License
