Our client has an immediate full-time permanent opportunity available for a Building Operator in Downtown Montreal, QC

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Performance & follow-up of preventative maintenance program tasks & repairs

• Ensuring adequate inventory of parts and supplies

• Responding quickly during emergencies & notifying the appropriate persons or authorities

• Following safety protocols, as well as timely & clear reporting.

• Perform other maintenance duties as requested.
