Client is a small growing company that is looking for an experienced Site Superintendents to lead projects

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as Prime Contractor, responsible for coordination of activities of the worksite including that which may affect the health and safety of workers

• Ensure the Quality Control of the project to meet all quality requirements of the contract

• Maintain excellent relations with all levels of personnel within the company, architects, owners, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers

• Ensure standards for safe working conditions are observed by all workers and subcontractors on site
