Executive Assistant

Our client has an immediate full-time permanent opportunity available for an Executive Assistant in Mississuaga, ON

Major Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for preparing reports, memos, letters, and other documents.

  • Responsible for answering CEO’s office phone and routing calls or taking messages for the CEO. 

  • Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports. 

  • Helping prepare for meetings. 

  • Accurately recording minutes from meetings. 

  • Following up on meeting minutes and action items resulting from meetings. 

  • Greeting visitors and if they should be able to meet with CEO. 

  • Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.

  • Reading and analyzing incoming memos, letters, submissions, and distributing them as needed. 

  • Making travel arrangements for the CEO. 

  • Performing general office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database. 

Major Qualifications:

  • Strong experience as an Executive Assistant of a C-level executive

  • Diploma in Business Administration or related education 

  • Excellent computer skills including Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, Access. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Mandatory to have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle during office hours
