Our client has a full-time permanent opportunity available for a Marketing Coordinator in Moose jaw, SK 

Successfully oversee the creation & implementation of all marketing materials. This will include coordinating with third party professionals for videography/editing & working directly with our agents to finalize all advertisements (digital, print, radio & video). Create marketing materials for general brand awareness campaigns & individual campaigns for each of our listings.

Ideal candidate will be proficient at graphic design (Canva/Photoshop) for creating professional looking brochures, mailouts, newsletters & social media posts.

Oversee various marketing campaigns including, but not limited to: physical mailouts, social media, print, video, radio. Keep an organized track record of the results of each campaign & recommend adjustments to improve overall success of all marketing strategies.

• Advise on marketing needs for continual growth & improved brand recognition.

• Plan, create & implement business marketing strategies.

• Provide monthly performance & expense reports regarding marketing campaigns to the company. Performance based on evaluation of the results/outcome of leads and business generated through the companies various marketing campaigns.

• Execute the sending of new listings to interested parties from our database.

• Oversee the planning & management of our social media platforms (primarily Twitter, Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn). This will include creating professional looking graphics.

• Must be highly organized and be proficient in using a computerized system to monitor all marketing campaign results, organize priorities and manage your time effectively.
