Payroll and Benefits Coordinator
Our client has a full-time permanent position available for a Payroll and Benefits Coordinator in Richmond Hill, ON
Required Hours at our Richmond Hill Office:
Monday to Friday 8:30 am – 5pm
Job Type: full time, in office (NO REMOTE WORK)
Job responsibilities:
Process payroll for Toronto and Montreal offices
Manage ROE, T4, RL1, and other payroll tax-related forms
Facilitate employee benefits and WSIB administration
Handle employee records and files
Verify and update timecards
Collector and company's licensing administration, renewal, and cancellation
Assist with year-end external audit
Other tasks, as required
Required:
Excellent knowledge of ADP – 5 years +
CPA (certified payroll administrator)
Benefits Admiration – 5+ years
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
