Payroll and Benefits Coordinator

Our client has a full-time permanent position available for a Payroll and Benefits Coordinator in Richmond Hill, ON

Required Hours at our Richmond Hill Office:

Monday to Friday 8:30 am – 5pm

Job Type: full time, in office (NO REMOTE WORK)

Job responsibilities:

  • Process payroll for Toronto and Montreal offices

  • Manage ROE, T4, RL1, and other payroll tax-related forms

  • Facilitate employee benefits and WSIB administration

  • Handle employee records and files

  • Verify and update timecards

  • Collector and company's licensing administration, renewal, and cancellation

  • Assist with year-end external audit

  • Other tasks, as required


  • Excellent knowledge of ADP – 5 years +

  • CPA (certified payroll administrator)

  • Benefits Admiration – 5+ years

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
