REMOTE Outside Sales Rep
Our client has an immediate full-time permanent opportunity available for a REMOTE Outside Sales Rep for the East Coast USA location
The Outside Sales Representative will focus on sales and market development. The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for the overall development of the sales market on the east coast of the USA including the following:
Successfully generate new leads by cold-calling, trade visits, online searches, to generate volume, revenue, and profits.
Monitor and report market trends on a weekly basis. Identify gaps and opportunities to maximize volume/profits.
Travel/visit clients on a regular basis.
Map out retail stores (by ethnicity/Size/Volume/location).
Work hand in hand with clients to understand their needs, and how we can accommodate them. Negotiate with clients to close sales without compromising on the bottom line.
Assist in developing sales strategies by market/client/commodity, to maximize volumes/margins and achieve sales targets/budgets.
Handle accounts receivables and follow up regularly to ensure AR is in control.
Degree in Sales & Marketing or related field.
Strong command of Spanish language is a requirement for this position
Minimum 2 years sales experience in CPG industry.
Experience in food industry required
Experience dealing with retailers is a must
Proven track record for building business in an entrepreneurial environment.
Travel up to 80% of the time is a requirement on the position within the East coast of the US.
