Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in both field and office environments within the heavy civil construction sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction project management, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.

• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

• Manage project budgets and resources effectively.

• Prepare and present project reports to senior management.

• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:
 

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the heavy civil construction industry.

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

• Ability to work in both field and office environments.

• P.Eng. (Professional Engineer) with APEGS (Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan) and/or PMP (Project Management Professional) designation would be an asset.

• Civil Engineering graduates are encouraged to apply.
