Senior Support Technician

Our client has a full-time permanent position available for a Senior Support Technician in Saskatoon, SK 

Responsible for help desk and ensure escalations and service issues are resolved in a timely manner.  

This person must also have excellent written skills and be able to communicate technical issues clearly and concisely.  

Minimum 4-year experience in IT with at least 2-years on a Managed Services Helpdesk.

Must have the following certifications:

A+, Server+, Network+, Microsoft MS-100 (O365)

Other certifications that would be good to have are:

ITIL, Azure AZ-900, MCSA.


 Specific Skills:

  • Communicate electronically and in person with computer users experiencing difficulties to determine and document problems experienced

  • Collect, organize and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
